All persons in cottage count towards the total number.

Extra children 3 years & under $5.00/day or $30.00/week.

4 years and older - regular rates apply.

Bunkee is available to book for overflow from the 2 bedroom cottage or if all three cottages are rented

Rates are based on a maximum of 2 persons per bedroom. Extra persons must be prearranged.

Each Additional person: $30.00/day or $100.00/week

1 Bedroom - Max 3 people
2 Bedroom - Max 6 people
3 Bedroom - Max 8 people

DEPOSITS

Weekly: $200/cottage

Holiday Weekend: $150/cottage

Weekend or Mid-week: $100/cottage

CANCELLATION POLICY:

60 days or less before date of arrival, no refund of deposit.

More than 60 days notice – deposit refunded (less $30.00 administration fee)
